I always wanted to write something like this. Now I actually am.
Chapter 1: BeginningsA long time ago we were immature 12 year olds posting in LineRider.com's Off Topic section. I pretty much didn't know what a forum was until I made LRC.
Believe it or not, .com was actually the place to be back in the day. It was really active. However, when people started to learn about IRtL, they went there. When I learned about IRtL, there was the battle. And we got owned horribly, mostly because my internet went out and didn't come back until January 1st, 2009.
Early January 2009 was probably the hay day of the .com era. It consisted of:
Me (nowreally)
Luga (Sparkz)
Phuaxx Lightning (Dark Takua)
Bibleswords (Now gone)
California (himself)
Cheeseman13 (Cheeserider13)
And others that weren't nearly as active as much.
Then one day, ~Ghost Games~ (GFXskill, Line Rider) decided to advertise a forum called Exicute Discussion. The site failed horribly, but that's where I got the idea of LRC from. I remember clearly beating Cheesey for the 2nd mod spot. Homey was the other moderator. That site lasted about two weeks.
So I thought "Hey, I should make a forum about Line Rider!!!" So on January 24th, 2009, I made a new website using Forumotion called Line Rider Crazy. The first skin we ever had was a neon red theme. That eventually turned into the official colors of pre-v4 LRC: black and red. The first layout was simple: no categories, just a bunch of forums (no sub forums) jumbled together. However, we fixed that right away.
The first person the register at LRC was homey. Then Cheesey and Cali. On the 25th, Line Rider. (A very creative name by GFXskill) I really don't know why he made a different account. Oh well. On the 26th, Bibleswords (now X-Swords).
And so LRC was born. It started off rather slowly, as .com was still our main place. Phuaxx joined on 2/2.
Chapter 2: SM1T5Y, SM1T5Y, SM1T5YSmits was always on .com. However, he wasn't active in the Off Topic section. We tried to get him in the Off Topic multiple times, but it didn't work. However, he finally joined LRC on 2/16.
Old LRC had a lot of usergroups:
-Admins
-Global Mods
-Mods
-Elite Riders
-Veterans
-GFX Riders
-LCC Members (Yes, we had an LCC)
Smitsy was really pushing me to give him Elite. (I was the only Admin on LRC for a good time.) I'm like "prove yourself, man." I thought he was an n00b like us, however he turned out to be better than us all.

So, Smitsy was the first person to join a usergroup ever.

This isn't a quote, it's time for a SIDE STORY!
Me and Cheesey were really competitive. When he came out with first his first manual track, Voltage, I made myself watch some tuts about manuals, and about two weeks later, I came out with the original Bosh's Manual Park. Decide for yourself which one is better

Smitsy in the old days used to hate IRtL. Badly. He even made a track to prove that we were better. I made a few remixes of it, called the fastest track ever and lineriderman gos crazy 1+2. His friend got all mad at me because he thought I stole his track.
The most famous quote ever in the history of LRC is by Smits. "This is not what a Line Rider track is, but what a Line Rider track can be." For his video XY Unconsidered.
Keep in mind this is SM1T5Y we're talking about, before he went through his gay phase.
Dieter joined on 3/2, and it stayed this amount of people for a while. As said before, our main place was still .com. We really didn't come here full time until the Roblox incident, which I'll explain in the coming chapters which will probably be out today. (10/2)
