| You want to join a usergroup? That's great. But you need a good resume. That FIRST impression! Read this. It may help. Let us start with the basics. First you must think which position you want. Read this, it will tell you what you need to know about each usergroup: What you have to do for each position. Now that you have picked the position you want, you have to show that you can handle that position. So, you need to answer these questions according to the job you want. Please PM me your resume, also, please copy the resume that you are needing, and paste it in your PM, then add your answers under each question. The subject of the PM should be the usergroup you would like to join. If you see a * next to a question you MUST answer it.------------ ------ If you want to be a Global Moderator then this is your resume: | Code: | Name?

*Have you had any experience before? If yes, when and where?
*Can you be active? How often?
*Are you good with words? Correct Punctuation, Grammar, Usage, AND Spelling?
*Do you know how to help others?
*You see someone swearing at another member, what do you do?
*Do you easily get angry or mad at people who do not understand things, or are new?

| Sorry for the bump, but SM actually almost should be demoted for doing the following: California: *Do you easily get angry or mad at people who do not understand things, or are new? Sometimes I don't understand. Yet he gets mad or something to that extent saying I'm a fail.
AGAIN, SORRY FOR THE BUMP. |

| Without all these arguements, the site would be as boring as hell. Sparks, hit_c and zex enjoy us arguing really.
Oh, that also means cheeserider should be banned for posting not in english in some threads, you should be banned for swearing (and lots more), and on and on and on.
Will you stop trying to find any reasons to get me demoted? because for every reason you have against me i have 9000 against you. ______________ |

| First off, 9000 is awesome. SM, you were the one auguring and enjoying it. The only person I enjoy arguing with is Cali, because we actually discuss topics, not flame. |
