 -Yes, Administrator on over two websites, which includes Moderation as well as running the website. etc.

 -Move it to the advertising section (the one we don't have, lol!), then if they persist on advertising in the wrong place, it will be a ban for 3 days, then 5 days, then a week, then finally, account deletion.
