*Users Guide*
The users guide is basically a guide for new members. It tells about how this forum is run, where to see the Administrators, Moderators, etc. This guide also tells new members how to abide by the rules, and how to get along with our members. All new members should read this. All old members should check this at least once every couple of weeks for updates.

1. The Basics Of A Forum
~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~
A forum is a place to share ideas, and discuss topics with people that like the same things you do.
Every forum has it's own characteristics, rules, members, and main topic.
This forum is not any different.
Some forums have a "chatroom" where you can go, and talk in real-time to another person on that forum, or someone else who likes the topic that forum is about.
A forum, in basic terms is a "discussion board"
If you would like any further information about forums, then please fell free to look at this Wikipedia article explaining forums:
2. Basic Rules Of Any Forum
~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~
All forums have rules that you must follow.
Some of the basic rules are the following: Correct Punctuation, Usage, Grammar, and Spelling (PUGS for short), No Trolling (when someone come just to argue with another person).
Those are just a couple of the basic rules for almost every forum.
~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~
3. Getting Along
~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~
There are a few things that ARE NOT INCLUDED IN THE RULES!
Most of these things are user related.
User related issues are when two (or more) members get into a fight over something.
The user related issues are NOT the Moderators problem unless contacted, it is not the Administrators problem either.
If there is a conflict between two or more users Admins and Moderators will NOT step in.
Other user-groups can feel free to step in, but they will not make a big enough impact to completely stop the issue.
So we just ask that you get along, you can do this by following the rules and be kind and do not bash or troll other members.

5. User-Groups
~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~
User-Groups are for members who are either really good at what they do, or members who have been with the site for a while.
Here are our User-Groups, and what each one is for:
Administrator - Administrates the website, they are the "Head Master" of the site, they control everything.
Elite Moderator - Moderates the entire forum, they delete posts, delete topics, ban members, and just overall, make sure that this site stays at a PG rating.
Moderator - They moderate a few sections that they have picked out themselves, they do the same as Elite Moderators, but they are only allowed to moderate a few sections.
Elite Riders - These people have proven that they are the best-of-the-best at Line Rider! They are the most Elite riders here.
Veterans - These are members that have been with us for over 3 months.
GFX Riders - These are members who are pretty good at graphics, and they create the forum's banners, buttons, and signatures!
LCC Members - These members are pretty good at Line Rider, that have proven themselves worthy, but not yet worthy enough for Elite Riders.
To get into any of these User-Groups you must meet the specifications given here:
What you have to do for each User-GroupIf you qualify for any of the User-Groups, then congratulations, but you need to fill out a resume to tell me that you think you should be in that usergroup. Resumes can be found here:
